Drafting a concise news blurb

I want to provide a concise news blurb that includes performances like goals, penalties, and match control from October, but I have to avoid hallucinating by not inventing stats. A generic template could work. I can ask the user if they want me to rewrite news, write a microblog/tweet, or add context and data. Maybe I can give a sample one-liner as an example and then ask what else they need, responding succinctly in Chinese.
